On April 25th, 2015, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal, destroying more than 90% of homes in several districts near the epicenter. It killed nearly 9,000 people and injured nearly 22,000. The country still needs help to reconstruct itself even a year and a half after the devastation. The donations will help reconstruct many buildings in the Sindhupalchowk district; the Takure primary school, a women's center and villager's homes which still need to be reconstructed.
